This is a unique opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join a tech start-up in Manchester that’s looking to IPO in the next 3-5 years.

The company is on a mission to deliver a fairer future for all and they help businesses use AI to make great decisions which drive growth, increase profitability, 提高可持续性.

Since forming in 2015 they’ve already raised over £100m in funding and have grown to over 200 people. The next step in their journey is to expand their existing platform and grow internationally so they’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the development of an exciting new product offering.

As an Engineering Manager, you’d run 1-2 squads and would become part of the leadership team working alongside other Engineering Managers to create the best possible working culture.
